OK, my plans changed, so I went and picked another pail full of tomatoes, I know there's another pail out there, but it's getting too hot out to mess with it right now. I'm making sauce via the pillow case methond, and will can it when it's thick enough. I get about 9.5 pints of sauce from one stock pot full of tomatoes. At least I did the last time. We'll see if that's consistant between types of tomatos. So far I've been using mostly Roma, with a couple others thrown in there as well.
