Yes, if you have the meat grinder, you just need to get the squeezo parts that include the longer pointed auger, the long pointed strainer, a shorter spring axle, and the drain attachment. If you google KitchenAide Mixer Attachments, you should be able to find it. Here's a picture of the extra things to add to the grinder.
