I have the stock pot full of tomatoes cooking to make sauce, and I went out and filled a 5 gal. pail with tomatoes, and another one half full. I'll have more to do tomorrow I guess. Those San Marzano Redorta's are big, and fill a pail much faster then the romas for sure. I should pic some roma's too, but I'm going to let them get nice and red on the vine for whole tomatoes.
