Tom--how many tomato plants do you have????? I've got 12 (although there are only 2 of us in our household that eat them). We've just never had such a prolific tomato year. Pretty soon, I will be leaving them on our neighbor's porches. I just don't know what to do with them any more: I've canned bruschetta mix, salsa, whole tomatoes (with and without basil), tomato jam, and have eaten more fresh tomatoes than you can imagine!!!!
