I've never heard of this plant, but for any plant that can theoretically be propagated by cuttings, layering is always the method I choose if at all possible. Bend a branch to the ground or a pot so it is in contact with the soil. Lay a rock or brick over it to keep it in place. Forget about it for a while. When it's taken root, and you're ready to move it, sever the branch from the mama, dig up its' new rootball and place in new home. Anyone can do it (as long as the plant material is amenable to being vegetatively propagated!)
The golden rule: Do to others only that which you would have done to you.

The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago. The 2nd best time is now. (-Unknown)
