Welcome! Eddieo.

I actually tried my hand at germinating my very first seeds last December. I had no clue what I was doing but of the 10-12 seeds, four germinated. The seeds were donated and were 6-8 months old, but I don't know if that had anything to do with the germination success (or lack of Sticking tongue out ). I destroyed two of the tiny seedlings by not taking the proper caution in their transplanting but the other two are growing well. They are each about 18" tall, well-rooted, lots of leaves, and growing in 1 gal pots. Since then I have started another 10 or so seedlings (spring) and as Hetty recommends, I will just have to find a place to over-winter all the seedlings in their pots fall and winter.

The reason it's so hard to lose weight when you get up in age is because your body and your fat have become good friends.
