That's for sure, I went out and got a few egg plant and made fried egg plant for lunch, and enough to make two pans of parmesan, I'll give one pan to the neighbors. She's due to deliver this month, and I'm sure she would enjoy a break. I have tons of tomatoes to pick, the lawn needs to be mowed, and everything is too wet. I hope it dries off enough for me to at least mow the grass later this afternoon.
