When it is exactly 9 a.m. in the East and 6 a.m. in the West, patrob will
unlock this thread at Cubits. So people have their lists ready and simply copy and paste them as soon as the thread is open.
Same goes for
the round 2 sale at 9 p.m. in the East and 6 p.m. in the West.
