@OFM you used the term 'herbaceous' - which I'd heard before but never knew exactly what it meant, so I'm glad I looked it up...Herbaceous means dying back to the soil after each growing season - and that is exactly what many of these sedum do!!! (Where as deciduous means falling off - leaves fall off but stems stay in place) I love learning something new!!
