I used some plastic graft tape over the scion and down the side of rootstock, then wrapped another piece around the rootstock below grafting area and tied snugly with more tape. Then placed a small plastic bag over it and secure.
Going to try what Rinoa's acquaintance does next time. She just takes a piece of plastic and lays it over top of scion, drapes it down the side of rootstock, wraps an elastic band around rootstock to hold down, then pulls the edges of plastic to make it tight over the scion.
