Oh no, Lily doesn't need the sweater yet but will when it gets cooler.
I have a park and beach directly across the street from me but no dogs allowed. So we walk to this one, very close. There is also another dog friendly park where I take Lily so she can run off leash. And two other park/beaches here in town. Plus a nature preserve if you walk to walk your dog on trails in the woods.
