Oh my goodness ... I WANT that Conservatory!!! It is really beautiful and I know it will be a showplace once you have it built and your plants inside.

I like the looks of that succulent; my first thought was Echeveria but it also looks like Graptopetalum. I wonder if you post the photo over on the Plant ID forum if someone would recognize it?
