JB said:I know Lucky my barn cat has fleas and since I can not touch her, I need to find something to put in her food. It is always something, I just hate to see her scratch. She is such a cutie I want her to be comfortable. Any suggestions or do I call the vet.

JB, did you find anything? I don'tknow that there is a food additive that works but, if there is, I'd love to know of it.

Have you tried using diatomaceous earth? It does help control them. You have to get food grade and you have to sprinkle it liberally in their areas (I used to use a flour sifter for that when I was hosting a family of ferals once.) You also have to reapply if it gets wet. But, it does help!

Here's an article about it, with links where to find it: http://www.richsoil.com/diatom...
