I bought it for the hummingbirds. They did appreciate it, too. I really like the blooms, but the plant looks like an unattractive weed to me and it threw tantrums if it got even a tiny bit dry. However, I have it stuffed in among some overgrown Schefleras and behind some tall cannas and a huge pot of Asparagus meyeri, so the weedy growth wasn't noticeable. Those red blooms are noticeable, though.
