Oh, dear. That sounds a little like me and my good ole back. I do hope Ric doesn't overdo with that septic, that sounds like a rough job.

I know with my own body there are days and times and hours when I literally have to quite trying to accomplish stuff and focus totally on getting over the last thing I did! But I seem to have a combination of methods that work for me, I am very grateful to say.

It's forecast to be hot today, well, 89/90-ish. Yeah I guess that's hot. Hotter than most days have been here recently. Anyway, I likely will not get into any heavy lifting. But I will putter some.

Big projects a-looming are *harvest compost and *set up new bed(s) with their first lasagna layers.
