Yesterday I noticed that one of my favorite daylilies had 3 scapes coming up with lots of buds, it is supposed to be a mid season bloomer, I know those buds will never get a chance to open...sigh!
I am thinking of getting rid of a lot of the daylilies next year, they just do not perform well here.
