I am sending these to someone & I need to know how to treat them please. I know nothing. Act like I'm a baby learning to walk. Do I leave these to dry? Do I put them in the fridge? It will be a couple/few days before I send them. Do I wrap them in moist paper towel?

There were 2 of these & this is what came out when I dug them up. Do I throw away the stalks with the roots on them or will they live? I assume I take the remaining bulb off the one stalk.

To mail them, do I wrap them in dry shredded newspaper?

Thanks in advance!

I am a strong believer in the simple fact is that what matters in this life is how we treat others. I think that's what living is all about. Not what I've done in my life but how I've treated others. ~~ Sharon Brown
