Took this picture this morning at about 930 and you can see it's still in heavy shade. There's at least 4 different kinds of agastaches in this area.. White & Yellow, a Coronado, a Red Coronado, & some Summer Sky (I think).

I'm just saying what works for me in my microclimate. I have some Tutti Fruitti that lives in almost 100% pure shade too and it seems to be doing quite well. However, my Bazooka is in full sun and is rather spindly. Tall, very tall (about 4'), but still spindly. Half of my Acapulcos Pink & Salmon are dead, the other half are HUGE and they're all in full sun. Acapulco Purple seems to be doing quite well, too.. and one is in 100% full shade all the time (under my porch overhang).
