If you see a plant that you feel is incorrect just ask here and we'll do our best to help. There are many new species being described every year as well. Looking thru the IAS database I've not found a plant listed as officially registered yet, but many have been published, even patented, and it may simply be slow website updates. I don't see any benefit in noting what is a legacy entry and what isn't for this reason.
