Great tips here and much to consider. I have used a variety of plant labels over the years: Eon plant labels, which are great but expensive; el cheapo plastic markers and Sharpie pens, which don't last at all; clear plastic
labels printed on a laser printer and attached to metal markers, faded and became illegible. My next effort will involve a P-Touch labeler or Brother labeler and this suggestion here. The Eon labels are certainly permanent
but the plastic tabs tended to break off, rendering them useless.
