I forget the the name of these bug but it is real hard to get rid of. They much prefer the blooms over foliage and will fly in and eat just you blooms. With new blooms opening every day, they have fresh food and stay away from the poison. I had heck with them when I was growing show Mums. The blooms looked great one day, then you go out the next morning to cut the bloom and take it to show and half the bloom was eaten.
