Thanks, JB. That's very interesting about the cinnamon and honey! Also so sorry to hear about the headache. I have one today too, probably from the sleep apnea. But I have a long-overdue sleep study tonight which will hopefully result in a better, more effective cpap pressure for me, so I can get some much-needed sleep. Today, my goal is just to get some basic stuff done around the house.
