I have the same problems you guys have with day lilies. And then another DG'r sent me some to try. So I have planted them and will hope for the best. This year my one bed actually bloomed all summer and had nicely formed flowers, the smaller ones. The taller ones like Corfu showed great promise but like you said they didn't fully open and then they were gone. Too disappointing. Well, I will try one more time. I think more water and more fertilizer might help. This has been a rainy summer so maybe mother nature did what I should have been doing all along.
