My favorite vegetable is broccoli. Second favorite is homestyle baked beans with brown sugar and molasses, mmmmm, good.
Apologies to people who actually like black eyed peas, but I have never eaten a black eyed pea so don't know what they taste like.

Sorry, I don't like to eat Pigeon Peas; I only like to grow them. Rolling on the floor laughing I often grow vegetables so my neighbors can have free food; or I grow the plants so I can save seeds to trade.

Whistling I could hide the Pigeon Peas in a vegetable soup like Minestrone and fool myself - to me they are like Lima beans, yuck; toss a handful of Pigeon Peas into a spicy rice dish and maybe I wouldn't notice them; make a curry soup and use the blender to make them disappear - curry makes everything taste good.

Some people prepare the Pigeon Peas (in the pods) like Edamame...another thing I don't care for, but maybe with enough salt.?? Shrug!
