It's really not that much work, Sandy. I drop them in a pot of really hot water for just a minute, and then I lift them out with a strainer spoon to a big plate. They pop right out of skins and I put them in pint freezer containers. I can do a whole cake pan full in just minutes.
Happiness is doing for those who cannot do for themselves.
