Eek cookies still! I freeze them whole first put them on a baking sheet till frozen then transfer to a vacuum seal bag. For dehydrating I cut them in half then but them on the dehydrator, I use them in salads and pasta salads during the winter normally with some sprouts! I also vacuum seal them after they are dried sometimes I put some in oil as well
