I have a pair of fiskers that has the rotating handle. I looked for details on amazon, but could not find them. Perhaps they were discontinued.
At any rate, I like the pair i have. Not hard to get used to.
And, they might be easier to use... not sure:)
oh yes, they cost less than felco
