I think I'm going to try a batch of ratatouille today if I get time. Although, I forgot to harvest a bunch of basel before it froze last night. I have been thinking about grilling the rest of the egg plant for freezing. Glad to hear it works, I wasn't sure if it would get soggy after freezing.
Politicians are like diapers, they need to be changed often, and for the same reason.
