Apparently, they do well in the mostly shaded areas, and tolerate a bit of dryness as well as wetness -- and bloom into the fall... and a few other attractive qualities I forget, and they're so cool looking!
I don't have much familiarity with trillium though I know of it, and don't think I've ever seen corydalis.
Edit: Just googled it. What a pretty thing! and it's a medicinal herb too? Have to investigate more closely.
