I live way up about as far as you can get in New York. One day I set a big pot outside of the greenhouse in March. It sure looked to be very very dead. It sat there and was snowed on and frozen solid. When spring came it got pushed to the back of the potting area, I intended to empty it and use the pot again. One day I saw leaves coming from behind the potting table and was shocked to see it was alive and growing. These plants never cease to amaze me.
