Elaine, we were in the mid to upper 40's Saturday and Sunday mornings and this week we'll be in the mid to upper 50's. I moved in my two large vanda plants Friday but left all the other (hundreds of) tropical plants outside (and held my breath!). So far everything seems to have made it through those two chilly mornings in good shape. I hope to leave everything out a couple of more weeks before bringing them all in. I head up to Kentucky for a football game in Lexington the week of Oct. 21, so all my plants will probably be inside before that road-trip.

The reason it's so hard to lose weight when you get up in age is because your body and your fat have become good friends.
