Sharon, most aren't but it is still a substantial number on the island. I could lobby the Council into action but I have been doing such things most of my life. I just want to garden and lay by the fire with my cats. (I haven't got a fireplace but that doesn't matter).
The problem is that when you are young your life it is ruined by your parents. When you are older it is ruined by your children.
