I've found that Angelina and 'Aurea' Golden Spruce grow like that for me. I love them!
I thought I put some animated gifs tracking the growth in my original article submission, but maybe they didn't make it through? Anyway, I spent entirely too much time on them, so I thought it worth re-posting them here. I know I had them displaying inline at some point... I can't figure out how I did that right now.
