I'm pretty sure 'Hawaiian' is C. comosum, not another species (I agree with you). I'm pretty sure most of the spider plants we've seen are C. comosum. There's C. laxum, but we know that one doesn't make babies. I think there are a few issues with the database to be honest. 'Marble Queen Pothos' for example, is called Golden Pothos (Epipremnum pinnatum 'Marble Queen'). Well, Golden Pothos is a cultivar name for another 'Pothos.'
