It reminds me of Hibiscus rosa-sinensis 'Shirley Temple':

The image in our database doesn't seem to have the darker striping in the petals, possibly growing conditions?: Tropical Hibiscus (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis 'Albo Lacinatus')
