It's that long flower form on the sylvestris that I find so appealing. I think I have seeds for that though they are so old they may not be any good.
This morning I discovered there is new growth leafing out all OVER that rose I moved! I could not be more delighted.
It's not much to look at yet but it sure will be. Anyway, here's evidence for the record.
