Cheryl, make sure the spray paint is suitable for plastic. I use Krylon (you can buy that almost anywhere, except Lowes -- they have a different brand). For the price of a can (a little over $5) you could probably spray two, maybe three pots). You would still come out ahead, in my opinion) based on what the pot would cost when it's not on sale. I stocked up on some large plastic pots also because he price was too good to walk away from; they are blue. One large one, which I'll spray a dark maroon, will go in my courtyard. The other two will remain blue and end up in the pool area. I have a lot of funky Key West kind of colors out there anyway. It's where I keep my succulents and small cacti - in mostly blue pots.
This is hubby's storage shed which he had to put out by the pool as there was absolutely no room anywhere else in the garden. Finally got around to painting it a few months ago. The big pots each side of the door are ceramic (and I found those on sale!).
