Unfortunately the labels are not always correct (just to note). While Euphorbia tirucalli can fall over acpot like the one pictured, I believe the one pictured is not Euphorbia tirucalli because of the little dots present on the stems. Something indicative of a Rhipsalis, but not a Euphorbia tirucalli (there are no dots on the stem of Euphorbia tirucalli).
