It is really good if prepared properly. Lucky Lily....I love chicken hearts too. We can't get them here. Seldom get them in whole chickens anymore. I would guess raw meat would be good for the dogs....our hunting dogs always ate raw meat when we cleaned the things we shot. They got the feet of the chickens and the heads when we used to kill our own. They were outside hunting dogs and did not know any different. Back then, they also ate horse hoofs. Now if you have a dog around where the blacksmith is working sometimes, depending on the dog, they will eat the hoofs he cuts off. I have no idea what is so good about that. Never had a horse hoof stuffed or otherwise. Shrug!
