Mary, I hope the moose didn't cause any damage in your garden. How do they survive during winter when everything is under so many feet of snow?

@Caroline and kousa thanks, I'm pleased with the tubers sent by Adelman's. M. Jules Eli
was the smallest on them all.

Liz, I do love peony planting time. I had a very productive day, I dug up and replanted Cora Loiuse, My Love, and Eliza Lundy, and moved them to the new bed. All 9 of the Adelman's peonies and the last 3 Fina Gardens peonies were also planted.

It was a beautiful, overcast day with an occasional brief drizzle, that made it perfect for working in the garden. The red clay was thankfully soft, and easy to dig into, thanks to the almost 3 inches of rain we had yesterday.

Hopefully the GH Wild peonies will arrive soon, so that I can get them planted.
