Hi Caroline, yes sorghum is edible. This is the first year I've tried growing it and I really liked the plants. I'm drying the seeds now and have a sheet pan full. I may try popping some. The seeds are much smaller than corn kernels so it must be pretty small popped - I'm just guessing though - have never tried it yet
