I use a very hot oven, about 425 degrees on a regular pizza pan, I have the brick to build an outdoor brick oven, but never seem to get that done. It's a "one of these days" project that never makes it to the top of the list. When I die, I'm going to have them put "he had the supplies" on my grave stone!
