The last time that happened to me, I went to the doc and they told me they have changed the treatment. They no longer give antibiotics until there is a sign on the skin where the bite was because to give the antibiotics every time, the body will become used to them and they will no longer help when you really need them. Makes sense I guess. Keep an eye open for a bulls eye or soreness around the bite. Of course when I got Lymes I had no idea I even had a tick bite. I had no visible signs and eventually just became ill. So, you are really between a rock and a hard place when it comes to the ticks.
