If you think you want antibiotics, but can't get them, eat lots of good (not all celery seed) curry. I knocked out a bladder infection with high end - high in turmeric, cumin, clove, ginger, cardamom - curry powder. I like mine with lamb, carrots, potatoes, tomato, garlic and onions. Mmmmm, top it off with some plain yoghurt.

The other super high anti-bacterial is oregano. Beware, oregano oil and fresh oregano is hotter than hell and will burn your mouth or skin if used topically. Dilute oregano oil with olive or another non-GMO oil.
Don't make fear based decisions.
