You eat a lot more healthily than I do, JB. Smiling I love cheese, too, and eat it frequently. Like meats, but it is so expensive, I don't eat it very often. Breakfast can be nothing, toast, eggs, or just vegetables (Brussell Sprouts this morning). Really depends on how I feel, what is convenient, and what time of year it is. Sometimes a sandwich for lunch, sometimes just potato chips and blender salsa. Microwaved potatoes loaded with butter, cheese, jalapenos, chopped tomatoes, and a dollop of sour cream. Thai noodles. Don't eat at any particular time or any certain number of times a day. Just all over the place.
It’s okay to not know all the answers.
