Yes, even we who live on Vancouver Island or Vancouver proper, speak of how cold the central Provinces are. Winnipeg gets the prize.
I have family back in Saskachewan and I would never go back and visit in winter. Never experienced those temperatures and do not care to.
I would live in the tropics in a minute. Just have to keep going to visit for now.
These bones need warmth now or possibly always have.
