Her is a description ov varigata that is a little more specific.." VARIEGATA - yellow or near-yellow standards with darker falls of brown or purple . Here is a link with pictures of some varigatas:

I lack the experience of most of the others... but based on what I've been able to gather your iris would probably be called a bi-tone..."BITONE - standards and falls are different shade of the same color; falls are usually darker shade"
