I go through spells where I cannot eat enough "southern style greens" the ones cooked with ham hock over a slow heat all day.... I know this is not exactly the healthiest way to eat kale but there's times when I can make a meal of nothing but that and a hunk of whole wheat bread.
OK, so let's get this straight, wine and chocolate are health foods, and gaining weight means you're adding muscle mass. That's the story and we're sticking to it, right? "Oh goodie, look, I gained 3 pounds of muscle this week! yay!"
