Cinta, best wishes for your husband's recovery!! (And to the mysterious magic of sheets!!)

Welcome, Rick! Glad we've snagged "another one." You've got a great rack - LOL! Is the purple plant bottom right a Kale? It's pretty cool, very attractive.

Brought these in yesterday. This is about the 15th year for this rack to hold plants for winter. A south window. Hopefully the cold this weekend will zap the leaves from the giant hackberry tree and let the sun shine in.

My son (9) is so excited about the plants over the shower. Usually he just pretends to complain about them being all over the place. He said he feels like he is showering outside when he looks up. That was a pleasant surprise.

Now to find spots for the last 25 pots - the BIG plants... holy crap! I need a room-stretcher, and may have collected too many plants that need tons of sun. Will find out. DH sighed and agreed to take the A/C's out of 2 windows for more light. That's love! :+) A few of the pots had ants in them as of yesterday. Guess I'll be repotting some things off schedule today if they are still there. 36 tonight, that's just rude!

Edited to add pics of stuff brought in today... all except a few really big pots with ants in them. Will put them on the south side of the house under a sheet and hope for the best.

The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago. The 2nd best time is now. (-Unknown)
