Yes Tom...that may be what I decide to do. The on-line process (which is normally easier) is certainly complicated...and probably not worth the effort. Leave it to the government to take something that could save time and money and make it more difficult than the original paper shuffling/snail mail method! But I'm almost there...and curious to see how it works...not to mention just a wee bit stubborn!
(...or maybe that should be stupid?) Anyway, I highly recommend that if anyone else wants to try it...go the paper route!
